Join The Salt House in Nosara, Costa Rica—one of the world's renowned Blue Zones—for seven nights designed to reconnect you with the things that matter most. We'll gather at a Michelin Key-awarded boutique hotel reserved exclusively for our group, just steps from the beach and one of the most consistent surf breaks in the world.

Days are intentionally left spacious. You may begin the morning with a surf session, a workout, or coffee as howler monkeys call from the trees overhead. Spend the afternoon exploring Nosara's vibrant community, relaxing by the ocean, enjoying the saunas and cold plunges, or joining one of the many optional adventures available throughout the week.

Nosara is home to an incredible variety of wildlife—from tropical birds and sunbathing iguanas to dolphins and whales offshore. Nearby Ostional is world-famous for sea turtle nesting, offering a rare opportunity to experience one of nature's most remarkable events.

Throughout the week, we'll share nourishing organic meals, gather around the table, move our bodies, explore the surrounding landscape, and leave room for the moments that can't be scheduled—the conversations, connections, and memories that often become the most meaningful part of travel.

Whether you're joining solo, traveling as a couple, or bringing the family, accommodations will be thoughtfully arranged to fit your travel style. A range of optional experiences will also be available, including guided adventures, wellness offerings, in-room massage and acupuncture treatments, IV therapy, and more.
